A busy year, not just with plants and planting but other events, from Rotary Xmas Fayre, a Gardeners Question Time evening, Plant Stall and Competition at Newport Traders Festival and fishy art work with Primary Schools for our Bridge Boats.
Newport has added to the perennial planting this year with 3 new tubs as requested by a High Street business. A healing or medicinal herbs in Boatbrae Bus Stop, with interesting signage and changed the plants in one of the Coronation Garden planters. The summer bedding is diascia, nemesis, cosmos and osteospermum - mostly!

We apply for, and, so far, have received each year, a grant from Fife Council called a Floral Enhancement Grant - we try to enhance with 'Florals' and also a Newport Community Council Grant; we could not function without these.
We also fund raise - and ask for and gratefully receive donations!
We strive to lessen bedding costs and waste with more perennial and sustainable planting, recycling if possible and seed sowing, propagating and sharing! Thank you, those who help, and those who say "Love what you do"! 🐞🌹🦋🌸🌹🐞
