General Feedback

I was told about your website only this evening Often wondered who did all of this great work, which is so much appreciated. Now I know. Many thanks and good luck.

Boat Brae Boat

- I just wanted to say that throughout the summer I have been admiring the beautiful planting in the boat on Boat Brae. It is very original, eye-catching and stylish and the colours are just gorgeous.

- I'd just like to say how much I like what you do generally but I've just seen the boat planting at Kinbrae/High Road. It's a real breath of fresh air!! Brilliantly different. I love it. It looks so artistic and modern. It's good to see the different styles. An original stamp!!

Really looking forward to seeing what else you come up with!! And I presume it won't all get cleared away to add to the drab empty 'bloom' that traditionally sets in over winter in UK.

Fundraising Event 2016

From one of our Survey Sheets:

- Lovely display of bulbs in spring

- Nice colours

- I would like to see yellow and blue colours in the containers

Feedback 2017

- Many of our customers in the library comment on how lovely our flower bed is I tell them it is the Newport and Wormit in Bloom who do all the work. Well done and thank you.

- Just to let you know that I always ask my husband to slow down the car to spy on the floral boat at boat brae. The other day I actually got him to stop and I ran to look in the boat. What I saw enchanted me. The most happy healthy family of Cerinthe in tip top condition, looking so natural as if they were taking care of themselves. The way a natural garden should look, so different from the worthy municipal garden look which is so expensive and falling out of fashion. The glorious Cerinthe was attracting bumble bees. It was enriching for the eyes and soul. It does demonstrate that making things beautiful and being short of funds stimulates the imagination.
